About the RoleWe’re looking for enthusiastic and creative individuals who are person‑centred and dedicated to promoting independence through strength‑based approaches.
What You’ll Do- Work with a diverse range of young people and adults on a time‑limited basis.
- Manage a dynamic caseload of individuals, helping them achieve their goals, aspirations, and gain independence.
- Use training and coaching to empower individuals, reducing, or preventing their reliance on support.
- Promote the use of technological solutions, such as apps and daily living equipment, to enhance independence.
- Help individuals find meaningful employment and integrate successfully into the workforce.
- Willingness to work occasional weekends and evenings.
- Community‑Based Work: Engage with individuals in their homes and communities or remotely using assistive technology.
- Supportive Team: Enjoy full inductions, regular 1:1 meetings with your line manager, ongoing training, peer support, and professional development opportunities.
