As an Outpatient Sister/Charge Nurse, you will be key in delivering high-quality clinical outcomes in a supportive environment. You must be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Flexibility and teamwork are essential.

Deliver high-quality patient care, supervise staff, and coordinate clinical operations across outpatient services.

• Current NMC registration
• Ability to deliver high standards of patient care
• Pre-operative assessment experience preferred
• Clinical supervisory experience
• Enthusiastic and empathetic character
• Experience with EPR system
• Flexibility to meet changing business needs
