Senior Physiotherapist – Exeter Hospital

Permanent full‑time or part‑time role (up to 37.5 hours per week) with a potential salary of up to £45,400 per annum (pro rata). The position covers musculoskeletal outpatients and inpatient orthopaedics and general surgery wards.

• Deliver high quality clinical care to a wide range of musculoskeletal and post‑operative patients.
• Adhere to Nuffield Health values and evidence‑based practice, ensuring patient safety, effectiveness and care.
• Monitor treatment standards, participate in clinical audit and quality assurance processes.
• Work across inpatient and outpatient settings, including weekend ward rota participation.
• Manage a varied workload efficiently, prioritising tasks and maintaining organisational systems.

• BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent, registered with HCPC and CSP.
• Minimum of 2 years postgraduate experience, including both musculoskeletal outpatients and inpatient ward work.
• Strong musculoskeletal and orthopaedic knowledge; experience in both NHS and private healthcare settings.
• Evidence of continuing professional development and additional training.
• Confident communicator capable of engaging patients, the public and multidisciplinary teams.
• Competent IT user with organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to auscultate a chest and work effectively on weekend rosters.
