Overview
Community Care Assistant – Homecare role with Nurseplus Care vide compassionate, high-quality care to clients in their own homes, including individuals with learning disabilities, complex care needs, mental health conditions, dementia, and elderly clients. Make a real difference in the community with every shift.
What You’ll Be DoingYour role is vital to improving the quality of life for those you support. Responsibilities include personal care, assisting with nutritional needs, administering medications, and offering companionship. All care is delivered in accordance with each client’s individual care plan, tailored to their needs.

- Weekly pay and competitive rates (earn between £13.50 and £30.26 per hour).

3). - Blue Light Card discounts where eligible.
- Must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK.
- Full UK driving licence is essential; travel expenses are covered up to 45p per mile.
- Strong communication skills and a good standard of English.
- Enhanced DBS is required (you can apply for this upon registration).
