Ocean Healthcare are looking for an experienced Healthcare Assistant to support Adults with complex needs in Exeter.

You will be working 2:1

The ideal candidate would be a resilient, seasoned carer with a solid understanding of personal care, and experience with moving and handling. Experience with spinal injury, catheter care, diabetes and medication is desired but not needed as full training is provided.

You'll be fully prepared for your role with face-to-face training delivered by our nurse-led team and specialist trainers. Training is tailored to the individual(s) you'll be supporting, so you feel confident, supported and clinically safe from day one.

Ongoing support and development are part of how we work - you're never left to figure things out on your own.

It's vital that we have staff consistency and so you will be required to pick up a minimum number of shifts. You will be able to pick up more shifts each week if you would like to. Weekday shifts and Weekend shifts are available. Flexibility would be appreciated, but we are willing to consider your personal circumstances if there are days/times you are unable to work.

At least 1 year of UK experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker.

Two UK work references (at least one must be care-related).
