Nurseplus is actively looking for a Community Care Assistant to deliver compassionate home care within clients’ homes, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, dementia, or elderly clients, following personalised care plans.
You must be 18+, have the right to work in the UK, hold a full UK driving licence, and be able to obtain an enhanced DBS. Training is paid and NVQ levels 2 and 3 are available.
