Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Residential Senior Carer to lead care staff, train teams, and delegate duties on shift at a residential home. You’ll support with medication administration, care plan reviews and risk assessments, working closely with GPs, district nurses and residents'' families to ensure wellbeing.
The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and a track record of compassionate, person-centred care in a residential setting.
