Rethink Mental Illness is seeking a Mental Health Recovery Worker at Ladysmith Road, Exeter. This part-time role offers 18 hours per week across 3 x 6 hour shifts on a rota, including every other weekend, with salary guidance of £24,545 FTE.
You will provide one-to-one support, assess needs and risks, help residents set SMART goals, liaise with mental health services, and promote independence in a supportive, 24/7 staffed service.
