Stonehaven Healthcare Ltd in Exeter seeks a dedicated Care Assistant for a 36-hour week in our care home. You will promote person-centred care, support residents with daily activities, and work within care plans and risk assessments.
You will assist with dressing, bathing and mobility, help with meals, and participate in team meetings and training. A compassionate, patient approach and good communication are essential.
