Lifeways Group in Exeter is seeking a dedicated Care Support Worker to assist individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will help with daily routines, personal care, and meal planning, contributing to service user independence and wellbeing.
The role offers shift work including night hours (9pm–7am) with flexible hours and a welcoming team. Driving licence is required, and training is provided to support your growth within Lifeways.
