Proud to Care Devon is seeking a community care assistant to deliver in-home support to adults with diverse needs, including learning disabilities, dementia, and mental health challenges. You will help clients stay independent by assisting with daily living tasks, mobility, meals and medication in their own homes.
The role offers on-the-job training and flexible hours, with opportunities to progress within the care sector and explore leadership pathways.
