Find. Exeter is seeking a Deputy Manager (RGN Qualified) for a welcoming elderly nursing home in Exeter. The role offers £55,000–£60,000 plus market-leading benefits and 2 supernumerary days each week to lead the team and uphold high clinical standards.
You will be an experienced RGN with a current NMC PIN, and have previous Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse experience in elderly care. Strong leadership and a hands-on approach are essential to support residents and families.
