Environmental Health Technician needed in Exeter
This is a temporary role and the rate is £16.35ph PAYE

The successful candidate will manage the investigation and resolution of complaints from the public relating to matters of housing, public health.
They will work with partners to deliver adaptations to the homes of disabled people, to help them to remain independent in their own homes for longer and will offer advice, training and guidance to customers, landlords and agents.
They will assist with the inspection of private sector houses, including houses in multiple occupation and mobile home sites, assessing housing conditions under the Housing Health and Safety Rating System and in conjunction with the Environmental Health Officer take the appropriate course of action in each case to achieve compliance.
