- To assess and treat patients
- To undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner.
- To support and work with Therapy Clinical Support Workers and Therapy Assistant Practitioners. The Neuro Rehab Team work across in-patient, community and out patient settings to provide specialist, evidence-based Neuro rehab to patients following stroke or other neurological diagnosis. Whilst on rotation within the service you will work with an innovative and dynamic team who continuously review models of delivery to provide services that optimise rehab opportunities for our patients.
Community Team The Community Service form a vital link between Primary Care and Secondary Care, NHS Social Services and Voluntary Sector. On this rotation you will learn to address the holistic needs of the patient in their home environment and the importance of integration within wider services.
