Support Worker – Learning Disabilities & Autism
Potens is offering a Support Worker role at Regents Park in Exeter, Devon. You will provide proactive, caring support to adults with learning disabilities, autism and other needs, helping them learn new skills and live more independently.
You will work as part of a team to deliver person-centred care plans, supporting emotional and practical needs. Shifts are 9am–9pm, with alternate weekends and bank holidays, and closed by 36 hours per week.
