Health Visitor Specialist - Community Public Health Nurse
Devon County Council is seeking a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (Health Visitor) to join the Central Team in Exeter, 22.5 hours per week. We welcome registered Health Visitors who are innovative, motivated and enthusiastic about improving outcomes for children and families.
You will work across Devon with multi-agency partners, lead safeguarding activities, and contribute to the Better Births agenda. An active driving licence and access to a car are required.
