Are you a confident, results-driven recruiter looking for your next opportunity in the permanent recruitment space? We're expanding our FM & Maintenance team and are on the lookout for a motivated 360 Recruitment Consultant to join us in our Exeter office.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a warm desk, working within a high-demand sector with huge growth potential.
What You'll Be Doing:
Managing the full 360 recruitment process - from winning new business to placing top-tier candidates in permanent FM & Maintenance roles
Building and maintaining strong client relationships across the South West and beyond
Developing your own desk with full autonomy and the backing of an experienced, supportive team
Sourcing, screening and managing candidates throughout the recruitment journey

What We're Looking For:
360 recruitment experience (FM & Maintenance experience is a bonus, but not essential)
A proactive, self-motivated approach to business development
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A team player with ambition, resilience, and drive to succeed
Based in Exeter:
Enjoy working from our centrally located Exeter office, with flexibility and hybrid working options available depending on experience.
