Exeter, Devon (Hybrid, 3 dpw off-based)

We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced specialist recruitment consultant.

• Experienced commercial recruitment professional with a strong track record of generating and retaining revenue.
• Several years’ proven agency experience within either the Accountancy, HR, IT, Legal, or Executive recruitment sectors.
• A confident self-starter who brings integrity, drive, and outstanding customer service to everything you do.
• Highly motivated and ambitious, with a genuine passion for building and nurturing strong client relationships.

• Excellent Basic Salary (£35,000 - £42,000 DOE)
• Excellent Commission Structure: 15% to 25%
• Annual Bonus
• Christmas Office Shut Down
• 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + 1 Week Christmas Shut Down
• 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday Office Hours
