We’ve doubled in size over the last two years and are now hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to support our senior recruiters while you learn the ropes. After a short training period (1–2 months), you’ll start running your own searches and earning uncapped commission, with ongoing coaching from our CEO.

• Building a solid understanding of our specialist markets before engaging with candidates
• Sourcing and matching talent using Linked In, job ads and our CRM
• Writing personalised outreach that feels human — booking intro calls and following up without being pushy
• Keeping things client‑ready: formatting CVs, helping with proposals and supporting our online content

• £26,000 base salary plus commission (same scheme for everyone, including directors)
• 30 days’ holiday + bank holidays
• Hybrid working, flexible start/finish times, and up to two weeks working remotely/abroad each year
• Structured onboarding, hands‑on coaching, and clear progression as we grow
• A modern laptop and the tools you need to do the job well

• Actively listens and has purposeful conversations
• Writes messages that sound human and personal
• Is resilient and sees setbacks as part of learning
• Is motivated, willing to learn, and open to feedback

Once you’ve completed the training period, you’ll move into a promoted role with access to our uncapped commission scheme. We’re looking for people who will grow with our company and become its future leaders.
