Are you an experienced recruiter looking for genuine independence, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to build and grow your own successful temp desk? We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Exeter team in a full 360 role, driving new business and developing long-term client relationships.

The Role

This is a full 360 recruitment position, ideal for someone confident in both business development and candidate management. You will be responsible for:

Building and managing your own temp desk
Generating new business and opening new client accounts
Developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates
Managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement
Working strategically to maximise billings and expand your market

What We’re Looking For

Proven temp or perm recruitment experience
Strong new business generation ability
Evidence of desk growth and/or strong billings
Professional, confident, and commercially driven approach
Motivated by high earnings and development
Industrial and/or Driving sector experience preferred, but not essential
