This role focuses on sourcing and engaging candidates across the South West, supporting recruitment drives, and ensuring seamless onboarding for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

* Candidate Outreach:
Proactively call and engage potential candidates across the South West, promoting exciting roles and building strong talent pipelines.

* Depot Support:
Host and assist with recruitment open days, offering a welcoming face and ensuring smooth event operations.

* Admin & Coordination:
Manage booking of business meetings, coordinate candidate interviews, and actively oversee onboarding processes to deliver a seamless candidate journey.

* Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal teams to align recruitment strategies with business needs.

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or a customer-facing role is advantageous.

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently over the phone and in person.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

* Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment with a supportive team.

* Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
