We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in Exeter (EX5 2FR
), supporting recruitment activity across Cornwall, Exeter, and Bridgwater (traveling between the sites is required).
This role is suited to an experienced recruiter who is confident speaking with candidates, managing recruitment pipelines, and supporting the full candidate journey from initial contact through to onboarding.
The role will focus heavily on candidate attraction, high-volume telephone recruitment, recruitment compliance, and onboarding support.
Key Responsibilities:- Make high-volume outbound calls to potential candidates and actively source applicants
