Guardian Jobs is looking for a People & HR Advisor in Exeter to provide operational HR support and guidance. This role includes advising the Senior Leadership Team and managing employee relations processes. The ideal candidate will possess CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience in HR and a solid knowledge of UK employment law.
The advisor will work closely with staff, ensuring visibility within the Hub. The position demands strong communication skills and a commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace environment.
