TRC are recruiting for a Temporary Internal Recruiter (rolling 3 month contract) for one of our Nation wide clients based in Exeter
Role Overview
As an Internal Recruiter, you are responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process. Your goal is to attract and retain top talent while building a strong employer brand and providing a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder
Collaboration:
Partner with hiring managers to take detailed job briefs, determine qualification criteria, and develop effective hiring strategies. - Talent Attraction:
Write engaging job postings, advertise on relevant job boards and social networks, and maintain active talent databases. - Screening & Interviewing:
Source candidates through various channels, screen CVs, and lead telephone, first-round, and competency-based interviews. - Reporting:
