Fitzgerald is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to join our hybrid team and provide expert ER guidance to clients. You’ll handle complex cases, investigations, policy drafting, and negotiated exits while supporting restructures and change initiatives.
The ideal candidate has strong ER/HR experience, excellent communication, and is comfortable with travel in the UK. CIPD Level 5 is preferred, and MS Office proficiency is expected.
