Reed is currently seeking a proactive and experienced HR Coordinator / Generalist for a client based in Exeter. This temporary role is an excellent opportunity for an individual who can hit the ground running, offering a potential extension beyond the initial 3-month period. The position requires a strong knowledge of HR practices.

Day-to-day of the role:
- Implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Forge strong relationships across the organisation to ensure a seamless HR service.
- Handle various HR projects and responsibilities with a generalist scope.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

- Strong generalist HR experience.
- Experience is preferred over formal qualifications, though CIPD is desirable.
- Must be able to adapt quickly and effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Robust knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
