We're launching the Ark Recruitment Academy Class of 2026 and we're looking for two ambitious people who want to build a career in recruitment.

As Ark continues to grow, we want to invest in developing great people from the very beginning of their recruitment careers.

We don't believe you need previous recruitment experience to become a great recruiter.

Ark is an Exeter based recruitment business working with clients across the UK and internationally.

We recruit across Events, Sales, Marketing, Luxury Travel and other specialist markets, working with businesses throughout the UK, US, MENA, APAC and EMEA.

We're relationship first and phone first.

We believe good recruitment comes from knowing your market, speaking to people and building genuine relationships with candidates and clients.

You'll join a structured training programme where we'll teach you recruitment from the ground up.

You'll learn how to:

• Find and headhunt great candidates
• Interview and qualify candidates
• Use Linked In and recruitment technology properly
• Build relationships with candidates and clients
• Manage recruitment processes from start to finish
• Develop accounts
• Win new business
• Negotiate
• Run client meetings
• Eventually build and manage your own recruitment desk

You won't just sit in a classroom learning theory.

You'll work alongside our recruiters and leadership team, speak to real candidates and clients and gradually take on more responsibility as your confidence and ability develops.

You don't need recruitment experience.

You don't even necessarily need a degree.

We're interested in people from different backgrounds who have the right attitude and want an opportunity to build something for themselves.

Recruitment has highs and lows. You'll hear no. Things will go wrong. We want people who can learn from it, pick themselves up and go again.

£25,000 to £27,000 starting salary
