Position: Advice & Support Lead (Human Resources)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Advice & Support Lead (Human Resources) .

The Role:

As an Advice & Support Lead, you will provide professional HR advice, guidance and end-to-end employee relations case management to managers across the organisation. You will act as a trusted HR advisor, supporting managers with a range of complex employee relations and sickness absence matters and ensuring that cases are managed fairly, consistently and in line with employment legislation and organisational policy.

£28.23 per hour Umbrella Contract until March 2027 Start: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on employee relations matters Manage HR cases from initial advice through to resolution Advise on employment legislation, HR policies and procedures Support managers with sickness absence and attendance cases Provide advice on disciplinary, grievance, capability and performance matters Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners and Legal Services on complex cases Support appeals and Employment Tribunal processes Maintain accurate and comprehensive case records Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR procedures

About You:

CIPD Level 5 or equivalent, or a degree/equivalent qualification in HR or a related discipline Strong experience working within Human Resources / Employee Relations Proven experience providing HR advice to managers Experience managing employee relations cases from start to finish Good knowledge of UK employment legislation Experience dealing with sickness absence, disciplinary, grievance and capability cases If you are an experienced HR professional with strong Employee Relations and case management experience and are available to start ASAP, we'd love to hear from you.
