The delivery of new digital systems is a key facet of the role Digital Services play within the Trust.
ResponsibilitiesDesign and delivery of digital solutions into BAU, with a project‑focused technical support analyst role crucial to successful implementation.
Implement solutions with support from other teams and suppliers, and hand over to BAU teams for ongoing support.
QualificationsExperienced Technical Support Analyst with wide breadth of knowledge, articulate, able to understand new technology quickly and translate information into solution designs for both technical and non‑technical teams.
Self‑motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working Pattern9‑5 Monday‑Friday
