Software Support Analyst

Woodbury (We are based in a lovely barn conversion in the countryside between Exeter and Exmouth. You will need your own transport to get to us)

• Answering support calls and emails relating to the company’s software and hardware systems within agreed SLA's
• Assisting clients with local computer/device issues that affect the company’s systems
• Configuring mobile phones and printers
• Configuring new client accounts
• Assisting software developers with system development, testing and bug fixes
• Administering internal support and client management systems
• Assisting with company administration functions
• Covering the helpdesk out of hours on a rota basis
