IT Champion Ltd is seeking a proactive Helpdesk Manager to coordinate IT support tickets and ensure the right resources are deployed at the right times to deliver exceptional service.

You will act as a key link between clients, support engineers, and management, owning ticket prioritisation, escalation workflows, and day-to-day team oversight while fostering a high-performance culture in Exeter.
