Data Analyst
2-Year Fixed-Term Contract | Remote/Hybrid - Exeter, Devon
Up to £42,500 per annum
Our client based in the South West is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team on an initial 2-year fixed-term contract. The right candidate will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights to support evidence-based decision-making. Using tools like Power BI, they will develop dashboards, produce performance analytics, and collaborate with teams to understand data needs, while promoting best practices and a data-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and continuously improve dashboards and reports to present critical performance and operational data in a clear and user-friendly format.
Work closely with service areas and stakeholders to understand strategic goals, define measurable KPIs, and align reporting outputs with organizational objectives.
Gather and analyze reporting needs from stakeholders at various levels and translate them into insightful and interactive Power BI reports.
Utilize data from diverse sources including Microsoft Fabric, SQL Server, Excel, and cloud-based platforms, ensuring accurate and consistent data integration using appropriate connectors.
Operate within a structured data governance framework and ensure compliance with data protection policies and best practices.
