The Opportunity Working closely with experienced brokers and client service professionals, you'll play a key role in ensuring policies, documentation, and client requests are handled efficiently and accurately.

Key responsibilities include:

Processing policy amendments and preparing insurance documentation. Supporting clients with policy-related enquiries and administrative requests. Managing invoices and chasing outstanding payments or documentation. Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems. Providing administrative support to the broking and client servicing teams. Building positive relationships with clients and colleagues. Assisting with day-to-day operational tasks to ensure a smooth service for clients. About You We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced within insurance administration, insurance customer service, account handling, or a similar role. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Comfortable communicating with clients and stakeholders at all levels. Proactive, reliable, and keen to learn. Looking to build a long-term career within the insurance industry. Previous motor or fleet insurance experience would be advantageous but is not essential. Likewise, brokerage experience is welcomed but not required.
