Salary: £60,000 to £75,000
A respected law firm is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor with 3+ years' post-qualification experience to join its busy and well-established Investment & Development team in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value commercial property transactions in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
The RoleYou'll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of real estate matters, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals of commercial land (retail, industrial, telecoms, office)
- Development and regeneration projects
- Joint ventures and large-scale multidisciplinary transactions
- Due diligence and title assembly for complex schemes
- Advising public and private sector clients, including registered providers
- Liaising with clients, agents, and internal specialist teams
- Supporting a collaborative and ambitious team culture
- Maintaining high professional standards and compliance
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
- 3+ years PQE in real estate law
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence in managing matters independently
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
- Commercial awareness and credibility
- Willingness to engage in marketing and business development initiatives
