Solicitor​/Legal Exec – Wealth Management

Our client is a respected law firm with a strong reputation across Devon and beyond. Their Wealth Management Team advises business owners, farmers, and high-net-worth clients on succession planning and estate matters.

They are now looking for a detail-focused lawyer to support existing clients and help the team grow further.

• Handle a varied caseload within the Tax, Trusts, and Succession team

• Manage the administration of complex and high-value estates

• Draft Wills, trusts, and related documents

• Advise clients on succession planning and inheritance tax

• Work closely with senior lawyers, supported by paralegals and administrators

• Experience in succession planning, inheritance tax, trusts, and estate work

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• STEP qualification (or working towards it) is desirable

• A client-first approach, with the ability to work calmly under pressure

• Commitment to excellence and client care

• A commercial mindset and ability to meet financial targets

• Dedication to developing your legal knowledge and supporting colleagues

Location: Exeter (Office-based)

Hours: 36.25 per week

Contract: Full Time, Permanent
