Fantastic opportunity to join a Top 100 law firm with a pre-eminent private client team dealing with a whole range of private client, tax and trusts for HNWI.

Our client work with a diverse range of clients, with a specific focus on Private Wealth.. Highly rated in Chambers and Legal 500, its Private Client Team is an important part of this highly profitable and heavyweight commercial firm.

The highly ranked team advise on a full range of Private Client work with a focus on wealthy families and landowners as well as on international clients. The successful candidate can expect to advise on:

• tax advice for individuals and their wealth
• the orderly succession of wealth from one generation to the next
• the creation and administration of trust and other vehicles to hold and manage private wealth
• the governance of family-owned businesses
• Will Preparation

The team are seeking an experienced solicitor of ideally 2-5 PQE from a leading law firm with a solid private experience. In addition to joining an excellent team with a fully supportive culture there is ample headroom to progress and good career development. Due to growth, this role can be based in either Exeter or Bristol and candidates can be considered on a full or part time basis.
