Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 depending on experience

Chadwick Nott is working with a leading national law firm on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join their growing Private Wealth team. This is a fantastic chance to work with a well-established department advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and trustees across the UK and internationally.

You'll be joining a collaborative and well-supported team delivering high-quality private client services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Advising on estate and asset protection planning
• Drafting tax-efficient wills and trusts
• Creating and advising on onshore trusts
• Managing probate and estate administration
• Advising on Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters
• Supporting residence and domicile planning for international clients
• Supervising and mentoring junior legal staff
• Participating in marketing and business development initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with Lexcel procedures and firm-wide training

This role is suited to a solicitor with:

• At least 6 years PQE in private client work
• STEP membership or working towards qualification (strongly preferred)
• Excellent technical skills and a proactive, client-focused approach
• Strong communication and file management abilities
• Commercial awareness and financial discipline as a fee earner
• A collaborative mindset and interest in mentoring
• Solid academic background and commitment to service excellence
