Residential Property Solicitor​/Conveyancer

Our client are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer to join our friendly and supportive team in Exeter.

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a full caseload of residential property matters, including:

• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and title documents
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
• Conducting property searches and preparing reports
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines
• Providing clear, professional, and client-focused advice throughout the process

We are looking for a motivated individual with:

• Previous experience handling residential property transactions independently
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• The ability to manage a busy caseload while delivering excellent client service
• A proactive and positive attitude, with attention to detail
