The Role - High-Value Residential Property

You'll manage a sophisticated caseload of complex residential property matters, including:

• High-value sales, purchases, financing and transfers
• Rural and agricultural property transactions
• Country homes, landed estates and premium UK-wide residential portfolios
• Work for HNW and UHNW individuals, family offices, trustees and financial institutions

Your work will span the South West, London and the wider UK, giving you exposure to premium transactions and exceptional-quality clients.

What You'll Need to Bring

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3+ years' PQE in residential property
• Experience in high-value or complex transactions is ideal
• Commercial property lawyers considering a transition into rural or high-end residential work are welcome
• Strong client-facing ability and the professional presence required for HNW/UHNW client work
