Permanent, Full-time Salary: 45,000 to 65,000A respected law firm is seeking a Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ years' PQE to join its Medical Negligence team in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied caseload within a supportive and client-focused environment.

The Role This fee-earning role involves handling a broad range of medical negligence matters.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing your own caseload effectively and independently

Ensuring work is completed accurately and in line with risk management procedures

Staying up to date with legal developments and best practices

Building and maintaining a network of contacts and referrers

Areas of Experience The ideal candidate will have experience in:

Medical negligence claims, including those involving Hospital Trusts, GPs, Dentists, and Ambulance Trusts Handling complex and sensitive cases with professionalism and empathy

Delivering transparent, high-quality client service

Candidate Requirements This role is suited to a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with:

Minimum 2 years' PQE in medical negligence law Strong organisational and communication skillsA proactive and collaborative approach to team development

Commitment to continuous professional improvement

Working Arrangements The role is based in the centrally located Exeter office. Flexible working arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.
