FAMILY SOLICITOR ASSOCIATE – DEVON – A classic Family Law opportunity with real career potential at a substantial Legal 500 firm. –Family Solicitor Associate An outstanding opportunity for a Solicitor with a solid background in Family matters to join this lovely firm at an Associate level.

You will need a solid background in a full range of general private Family / Childcare matters, experience in mid to high level and complex financial remedy cases, and children work with proven fee earning. Family or Children Panel membership or working towards such would be an advantage here but this is by no means essential. Matrimonial experience is necessary here, together with experience of dealing with the associated complex financial matters.

The main purpose of your role will be to conduct a caseload of files for clients including but not limited to divorce, financial remedy, private law children act cases and related family matters. Additionally, you will support and work alongside the head of department and other staff supporting them and getting involved in business development.
