It is now seeking a Private Client Trusts Associate to join its busy and expanding Trusts team in Exeter.

The Role As a Trusts Associate, you will play a key role in delivering high quality trust administration and advisory work.
Responsibilities include:
Trust creation and advisory work Trust administration and compliance
Managing trust assets
Providing taxation advice relating to trusts
Asset management and investment oversight
Communicating with and educating beneficiaries
Candidate Requirements This role is suited to an individual with:
A strong private client background, ideally with hands on trust administration experience
Solid technical knowledge and a commercial approach to trust law and practice
The ability to manage their own caseload with supervision from a Partner Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team focused mindsetA proactive, enthusiastic and ambitious approachA growth mindset and the ability to see the wider commercial picture
