Solicitor Property Litigation Hybrid

- Hybrid An opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a well regarded team in Exeter. The role is well suited to an solicitor seeking high quality support and exposure to meaningful, client facing matters.

The role will involve:

Managing a varied property litigation caseload with appropriate supervision, including housing management disputes

Supporting senior colleagues on complex matters while developing technical and procedural expertise

Advising registered providers, local authorities and housing sector clients, and preparing pleadings, correspondence and key documentation

Representing clients at hearings or mediations where appropriate and contributing to client relationship and business development activity

The successful candidate will be: a qualified solicitor, ideally with experience or a strong interest in property litigation or social housing, who is organised, collaborative, client focused and keen to develop within a supportive Exeter based team.
