- HybridA highly regarded private client team is seeking an ambitious Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in estate administration to join its growing practice. This opportunity is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys building trusted relationships with clients and taking ownership of complex matters from start to finish.

The successful candidate will become part of a respected team known for guiding families, executors and beneficiaries through significant life events with empathy, professionalism and technical excellence. Key Responsibilities Managing a varied caseload of estate administrations from initial instruction through to final distribution

Advising executors, trustees and beneficiaries on inheritance tax, grants of representation and estate accounts

Preparing Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney where required

Building lasting relationships with clients, referrers and professional contacts across the region

Supporting team growth through mentoring, networking and maintaining exceptional client service standards
