Permanent, Full-time Salary: 60,000 - 70,000 depending on experience
Chadwick Nott is working with a leading national law firm on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join their growing Private Wealth team. This is a fantastic chance to work with a well-established department advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and trustees across the UK and internationally.
The Role You'll be joining a collaborative and well-supported team delivering high-quality private client services.
Key responsibilities include:
Advising on estate and asset protection planning
Drafting tax-efficient wills and trusts
Creating and advising on onshore trusts
Managing probate and estate administration
Advising on Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters
Supporting residence and domicile planning for international clients
Supervising and mentoring junior legal staff
Participating in marketing and business development initiatives
Ensuring compliance with Lexcel procedures and firm-wide training
Candidate Requirements This role is suited to a solicitor with:
At least 6 years PQE in private client workSTEP membership or working towards qualification (strongly preferred)
Excellent technical skills and a proactive, client-focused approach
Strong communication and file management abilities
Commercial awareness and financial discipline as a fee earnerA collaborative mindset and interest in mentoring
Solid academic background and commitment to service excellence
