The role also provides opportunity for involvement in business development and the successful candidate will be encouraged to develop client relationships and actively look for business development opportunities.

You will need to have been trained at a respected firm, with good quality experience and an established background in contentious probate. You should have substantial experience of managing your own contentious probate caseload.
