Commercial Property Solicitor

Reference:  Property Solicitor - Exeter Our client is a well-established local practice with a strong reputation and presence in the Exeter market.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to bolster their highly regarded and successful property team in their Exeter office to work with a diverse client base on a wide range of commercial property transactions.

You can expect to advise clients on:

Leases, secured lending, and land acquisition

Landlord and tenant matters

Buying and selling freehold commercial properties and businesses

Applications are invited from qualified solicitors with experience in all aspects of commercial property law. This role also presents an excellent opportunity for newly qualified solicitors to further develop their skills and gain valuable experience in a supportive environment.
