PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR – SOUTH DEVON COAST – An opportunity in Private Client with huge potential at a super multi-office firm. – PRIVATE CLIENT – SOUTH DEVON – Private Client Solicitor (min 2+ PQE) – An outstanding Private Client opportunity with real potential at a super multi-office regional firm in a brilliant location. There is some flexibility here and we would encourage applications from Solicitors with experience from 2 years PQE up to a more senior level, with experience in a good range of Private Client matters including Trusts, Wills, Probate, Taxation, IHT, Elderly Client, Court of Protection and Estate Management.

Step membership or working towards such would be a bonus here but not essential. You will be dealing with a substantial client base, including very high value estates, some of which are within the agricultural sector, so experience in this field will be valuable, but not essential.

Experience of dealing with lifetime tax planning for HNW clients would also be an advantage here. This is a discreet appointment and applications for this position will be treated in the utmost confidence. The position has the potential to develop rapidly, with further progression within the firm. There is some urgency here, and we would be very keen to hear from suitable candidates as soon as possible.
