You'll join a friendly and experienced Personal Injury team and will handle a varied caseload of claimant personal injury matters. The role offers the opportunity to manage your own files while also supporting on more complex and high-value claims. Clinical negligence experience would be advantageous, but is by no means essential.
Candidate Requirements:
Ideally 1-5 years' experience handling personal injury matters
Applications welcomed from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, CILEX Lawyers, experienced paralegals and other non-qualified fee earners
Strong client care and communication skills
Ability to manage your own caseload with an appropriate level of supervision
More experienced candidates with a proven business development track record and/or client following are encouraged to apply
The role can be offered on either a full-time or part-time basis (minimum 24 hours per week over 4 days). The successful candidate will be based primarily from the Exeter office.
