Salary: 55,000 to 75,000A respected regional firm is seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer to join its expanding Commercial Department in Devon. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a non-litigious team focused purely on transactional and commercial property matters, with flexibility for hybrid working and a supportive, collaborative environment.

The Role You'll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:

General commercial property transactions

Acquisitions and disposals

Landlord and tenant matters

Supporting clients with a broad range of commercial property needs

Building strong client relationships through clear communication and prompt service

Collaborating with colleagues across multiple offices to deliver high-quality outcomes

Candidate Requirements This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:

Minimum 3 years PQE in commercial property law Strong technical knowledge and drafting skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Confidence in managing files independently

Enthusiasm, hard work, and a proactive team-player mindset

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
